I love your virtual walkie talkie app. After the most resent update
the app when its up and running brings in a lot of noise from all
the other channels. There is a lot more people on now. We need
better channel seperation. Moving up a few channels doesn\'t work.

Hi this is an awsome app but too many people croud it and talk
nonsense it would be cool if you can talk with people who have it
also from your contacts,but make it private and not where other
can hear or chat with you as well. Like if your tryin 2 reach
someone rather than call them or text then how about you walkie

Virtual Amp would be extremely useful if there were no
delay or echo. I have a hearing problem and would like to
be able to use the Droid to amplify conversations.
Virtual Amp would be ideal. However, on my Droid there is
a delay of about a second. Also there is an echo so a
sound is repeated a few times with diminishing volume.

Please add an ignore option for the people who
are very rude, blast music, scream, etc. Also,
please add a private channel option that would
require a password to gain access. Great app, but
some very loud people that keep you from talking
to others! There should also be a report user
option, and after many complaints, they are
banned temporarily, or if they have LOTS of
complaints, they are permanently banned, or
some other punishment you think is fit. Thanks for
an awesome app, but please if you can, add these
features I mentioned! I\'m sure lots of people
would agree!

Downloaded the java zip server package for virtual walkie talkie (great app!) was wanting to set up a server on a Linux machine. Can you please give me some pointers as to how to do it? I have Java runtime installed, but I can\'t seem to do anything with the class files. Perhaps some pointers on how to make it work? Does it need to be compiled or something? Keep up the great work!

The virtual walkie talkie app is working much better than the Nextel phones we were using at work. I\'ve upgraded to the pro version now. With the internal WiFi we have much better coverage than the spotty Nextel reception. We are running our own private server which eliminates all the trash talk on the public server. However with the Sprint HTC Hero phones the app seems to lock up over time and require restarting. Other than that it works great.

The problem is that the NET and TALK box wont indicate while im talking or that i have NET .. what can you do to fix it?:)

I am genuinely impressed with your approach to the use of the phone as a virtual Walkie-Talkie, and how well you have executed it. I have both used the internal server, and as well, have now set up the server on my home PC so I can talk at will to my wife from work no matter where she is and without actually making a call.

This is quite a useful application and I can see it being applied in many real-world situations.

I have purchased the pro version and its very handy software, Coming from an EQSO background I know how tricky it is to do.

If there is interest and the auther is in agreement I would be happy to run a server in the UK as there is only a US server I understand.

On the down side there do seem to be a lot of silly users and some bad language.

Custom soundboard is a wonderful app!! there is 1 minor flaw though, the lag time bewteen the time i press a sample until it acually plays. Hi, THANKS a lot for the great Virtual Recorder!!!

There is only one thing: If I get an incoming call while recording, I cannot answer the call correctly, cause the mic is busy with VR ! By the way, it does not help to stop VR when the phone is already ringing! Is there any way to change this, so I can answer these calls? Go on with this wonderful app! - Best Regards - Bernd

Hy there!
I tried your Virtual Walkie Talkie Pro App and I have to say thank
you for it!
It\'s amazing cool!
I use it on WiFi with my Huawei IdeOS S7 Slim tablet and a Samsung
Galaxy Ace phone.

I made a server on my Computer (Win7 Ultimate SP1 x64) by the BAT.

I\'ve noticed maybe three errorS?!?

1st:
SOMETIMES when I put the App to the background on my ACE then a
few minutes the App will be frozen (I meant the indicators (TALK &
NET) doesn\'t work & I can\'t get or send voice messages, (there
isn\'t any error messages), then I have to turn off the switch in
the App and turn it on again then everything will be alright...

2nd:
I have three of WiFi routers (same brand) with different SSIDs..
When my ACE out of a WiFi signal then it tries to connect to
another WiFi router and the App will be frozen again like above.

3rd:
I\'ve added my own server profile to the List, but when I want to
change back to andro-ix.com public server profile, it doesn\'t
change the profile, it stays on my own server profile.
